Refund & Cancellation Policy 

At ERC Max, we strive to deliver high-quality digital solutions across CRM, project management, and marketing services. Due to the nature of our services, our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and aligned with the effort and resources involved.   

 

 1. Refund Eligibility  

Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

• If the service has not yet been initiated

• If ERC Max is unable to deliver the agreed scope of work

• If there is a technical or operational issue from our end  

All refund requests must be raised within 3 days of payment.   

 

2. Non-Refundable Situations  

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

• Once the project/service has been started or delivered (partially or fully)

• Change of mind after confirmation of service

• Delays caused due to lack of communication, approvals, or inputs from the client

• Customised services already executed as per client requirements   

 

3. Cancellation Policy

• Orders/services can be cancelled within 24 hours of payment, only if work has not started

• Once execution begins, cancellation requests will not be entertained      

 

4. Partial Refunds (If Applicable)  

In certain cases, partial refunds may be issued:

• If a project is cancelled midway, charges will be deducted based on the work completed till that stage

• Any third-party costs (tools, ads, subscriptions, etc.) are non-refundable 

 

5. Refund Process

• Include your name, service details, and reason for request  

 

Once approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

• The amount will be credited via the original payment method 

 

 

6. Late or Missing Refunds  

If you haven’t received your refund:

• First, check your bank account

• Then contact your payment provider, as processing times may vary
